Frequently asked
- How does ordering ready-to-wear work?
- Choose a style you love, tell us who it's for, and pick how we'll take measurements — on file, entered by you, or measured at the atelier or your home. We cut it to you and deliver.
- What's the difference between ready-to-wear and bespoke?
- Ready-to-wear pieces are our established styles, cut to your measurements. A bespoke commission is created with you from scratch — garment, cloth, and detailing all your own.
- How are measurements taken?
- You can use measurements already on file, enter your own, book a visit to the atelier, or request our home measuring service. Measuring fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
- How long does a commission take?
- It depends on the piece and the fitting schedule. Your tailor will confirm expected dates at your consultation, and you can follow every stage in your client portal.
- How do payments work?
- Ready-to-wear is paid at checkout. Bespoke commissions begin with a deposit, with the balance due before delivery. You can pay securely online from your portal.
- Where do you deliver, and how much is it?
- We deliver across Nigeria, with charges calculated at checkout based on your location. Collection from our Victoria Island atelier is also available. See our shipping policy for detail.
- Can I return or exchange an order?
- Ready-to-wear can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Bespoke pieces are made uniquely to you, so instead we guarantee the fit and will adjust until it's right. See our returns policy.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships we email you and add courier and tracking details to your order in the client portal, so you can follow it to your door.
