JAB is a bespoke tailoring house based in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, place an order, or begin a commission, and how we handle it.

Details you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, body measurements, and any notes you share when you enquire, book an appointment, create an account, or place an order.

Information created as you use the service: your orders and commissions, appointments, payments, messages, and account activity.

Technical information: basic device and usage data needed to operate and secure the site.

To take, make, and deliver your orders and commissions, including cutting garments to your measurements.

To contact you about your enquiries, appointments, orders, and payments.

To operate your account, provide customer care, and — where you've agreed — send you occasional updates about the house.

To meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We use trusted third parties to run the service, and share only the information each needs: Clerk (account sign-in and authentication), Neon and Vercel (secure database and image hosting), Paystack (payment processing), and messaging providers such as Twilio and Resend (order and appointment notifications by WhatsApp and email).

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us and as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, contact the atelier and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, but we work to safeguard your data at every step.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
