Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the JAB website and the orders and commissions you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. JAB is a bespoke tailoring house based in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

Some features — such as checkout, your order history, and the client portal — require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Placing an order or beginning a commission is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, payment or a deposit is received.

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are cut to the measurements and specifications you provide. It is important that these are accurate. We will guide you, and offer measuring at the atelier or at your home where available.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery. We may update prices and product details at any time before an order is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. For bespoke commissions, a deposit is typically taken at the start and the balance before delivery. Your order proceeds once the relevant payment is received.

Bespoke work involves fittings and adjustments as part of the process. We will arrange these with you. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the nature of the garment and the cloth.

Because bespoke and made-to-measure garments are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged once cutting has begun, except where an item is faulty or not as described. Ready-to-wear items may be returned in accordance with the information provided at the time of purchase. If something isn't right, contact the atelier and we will make it right.

We stand behind our work. If a garment has a genuine fault in materials or workmanship, we will repair or remake it. This does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, or changes to your measurements over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
