The house was founded on a simple refusal: that no man should have to alter himself to fit his clothes.
What began as a single fitting room has become a working atelier where cloth is cut, canvassed, and hand-finished for a clientele who value discretion as much as they value craft.
We have never chased fashion. We make garments meant to outlast it. Every suit that leaves this house is entered into our records — the cloth, the pattern, the measurements — so that the second commission is easier than the first, and the tenth easier still.
Under the direction of our master tailor — trained in the classical tradition and steadfast in it ever since.
Cutting is not a task here; it is a discipline handed down. Chalk, shears, and a practised eye do what no machine can: read a man's posture and translate it into a line of cloth that flatters without effort.
Every apprentice in the house learns the same way — slowly, by hand, and only when the work is ready.

Patience
A garment made in haste betrays it. We take the weeks a bespoke suit deserves, and no fewer.
Precision
The difference between good and exceptional is measured in millimetres. We measure in millimetres.
Discretion
Our clientele trust us with more than their measurements. That trust is never taken lightly.
Six weeks, more or less.
A first bespoke commission typically takes six to eight weeks and two to three fittings. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is skipped.
Consultation & style brief
We talk before we measure. The occasion, your existing wardrobe, how the suit will be worn and how often — all of it shapes what we recommend.
Measurement & cloth selection
Over twenty measurements are recorded against your posture and stance. Then the pleasurable part — choosing cloth, lapel, lining, buttons, and finish.
Pattern cut & baste
A unique paper pattern is drafted and the cloth is cut. The suit is first assembled in baste — loosely stitched — so it can be opened and corrected.
First & second fittings
You return for fittings on the body, not the mannequin. We refine the balance, the shoulder, and the line until it is right.
Finishing
Buttonholes, linings, and edges are worked by hand. The garment is pressed into its final shape — the step that separates bespoke from the rest.
Delivery
Your finished suit is handed to you in person. Your pattern and measurements are kept on file, ready for the next commission.

Questions we are often asked.
- How long will my suit take?
- A first full-bespoke commission takes six to eight weeks. Once your pattern is on file, subsequent suits are faster, as the fitting work is largely done.
- How many fittings should I expect?
- Typically two to three for a first commission — a baste fitting and one or two forward fittings — depending on the cloth and the cut.
- How should I care for it?
- Rest a suit a day between wears, brush it rather than over-dry-clean it, and hang it on a broad wooden hanger. We include full care notes on delivery.
- Do you offer alterations later?
- Yes. As your build changes over the years, we adjust. Minor alterations to house garments are part of the relationship.
- Can you dress a full wedding party?
- We do, regularly. Grooms, groomsmen, and fathers — coordinated cloth and cut, planned well ahead of the day. Speak to us early.
